Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reschedule for free up to 6 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking ID. Within 6 hours, reschedules are subject to availability.

• Cancellations 24+ hours before slot: full refund of any amount paid online.
• Cancellations 6 to 24 hours before slot: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows: no refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Group, corporate and birthday packages are confirmed with the same 30% deposit as any other booking, with the balance settled at the venue on the day. Because we block the space and order to your plan, that deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to a future date with at least 72 hours notice.

If Putt House cancels a session due to circumstances beyond our control (power failure, equipment issue, natural events), we'll offer a free reschedule or full refund.
